  • We offer Free Home Delivery All Over Pakistan — no extra delivery charges, no hidden fees.

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

  • During sale events or high-demand seasons, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

  • We do not currently offer international shipping.

Payment Options

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan — no extra charges.

  • For prepaid customers, bank transfer is available upon request.

  • All payments are handled securely and privately.

Exchange Policy

  • We allow exchanges only if:

    • You received a wrong product,

    • The product has a manufacturing defect,

    • The item is damaged in transit.

  • The exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Change of mind is not eligible for exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Items purchased on sale or promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return & Refund Policy

  • We currently do not offer refunds, except in cases where a product is out of stock after payment.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer (as applicable).

Packages Lost or Damaged in Shipping

  • You may be required to send a photo of the damaged package.
