We’re committed to delivering your favorite unstitched khaddar pieces quickly and safely no hassle, no drama.
📦 Domestic Shipping
- Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days after they are shipped.
- It takes us 1 to 2 working days to process and dispatch your order once payment is confirmed.
- Please note: Weekends and public holidays are not included in delivery estimates.
- Deliveries to remote or out-of-city areas might take slightly longer.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- For COD orders, we may call to confirm your order before dispatch.
- In high-sale seasons or for verified repeat customers, we may process COD orders without phone verification.
- Please keep your phone accessible for a quick call or SMS confirmation.
Order Tracking
Once your order is placed:
- You’ll receive an email or SMS with your Order Number and Tracking ID (if you’ve provided valid contact details).
- You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status through our tracking page or by contacting our customer support.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Want to cancel a prepaid order? No problem! Just contact us within 2 hours of placing it.
- Cancellations after that window or once the order is “In Process” cannot be reversed.
- Refunds (for valid cancellations) will be provided as store credit or discount vouchers.
